Traditional buffing does not remove the residual tread uniformly causing overheating in service where the casing is weakest - the shoulder area.
RINGTREAD contoured profiles match the curvature of the buffed casing. This greatly reduces overheating in service.

The only precure tread RING:


Traditional building requires cutting to length and splicing. The tread pattern is consequently subject to longitudinal and transversal deformation.
